Appetizer Course (Choice of one)

Wonton Salmon Tartare Tacos – yuzu soy marinated raw salmon, amazu cream cheese

Double Tuna on Crispy Rice – seared tuna, spicy tuna, avocado, pickled serrano

Albacore Warayaki Sashimi – hey smoked, shiso, myga, citrus soy

Double Chicken Skewers – Japanese chicken meatball & fried chicken karaage

 

Entree Course (Choice of one)

Beef Short Rib - Tokyo turnip, thumbelina carrot, sunchoke puree, horseradish

Miso Glazed Black Cod - broccoli rabe, yuzu cream, wasabi greens, chili garlic

Nigiri Platter – bigeye tuna, salmon, yellowtail, sea bream, stripe jack, golden eye snapper, Scallop

Vegetable Curry Udon– maitake mushroom, eggplant, asparagus, broccolini, peppers, potato puree        + add pork belly  (+$14)

Yuzu Cheesecake – candied kumquats, mango anglaise
